I have severe scoliosis, 70 degree curvature. I would like to know where and who I should see in the USA to have this problem corrected. Who is the best surgeon in this field?

Who is “the best” is impossible to say, since that obviously depends on the definition. In surgery, one of the most difficult things is to know when to operate and perhaps more importantly, when NOT to operate. Even assuming you mean pure technical ability of a surgeon (as you say you have a severe scoliosis which usually is treated surgically), the minimum I need to know is where you’re based, since there are many excellent spine centers in the USA.
