For the past few days i have had a vein on the top/ back of my head that has fluttered or palpitated off and on. I don’t really have a headache or anything else… What could this be?

I find it unlikely that a vein would do this - however, unfortunately I can’t make any guesses as to the cause without physically examining you. If the problem persists, I recommend that you have your primary care physician take a look.
