Sharp Pain Under Ribs

Hello i have had a pain under my right rib for about three months now sometimes it feels like a sunburn under my skin sometimes the pain is sharp but it is always there, its never gone. The pain is from right under my rib to all the way down just above my hip i have been experiencing minor chest pains intermittently and for a while back i was having strong lower back pain..Back pain seems to have subsided. My lymph node on the right side of my groin has been swollen for about 8 months now and recently i have been waking up with my left arm numb to the point where it takes 30 minutes to regain feeling in it.Im scared but i am to poor to afford to go to the doctor and i don’t have any insurance. Please help!

Dr. Joshua’s Answer:

Thank you for your question. From your description alone, I’m afraid I cannot diagnose your symptoms. There are various possible reasons for your symptoms, including (though not necessarily) any number of serious illnesses that threaten your health or life. Therefore, I recommend that you see a doctor about this. If you need help finding a free clinic or affordable doctor in your region, please join my Forum and post your location details, and I’m sure we can come up with some suggestions.
