his is probably a stupid question but here goes, If a women’s vagina gets stretched out by a large penis, will it ever become smaller again if she stops having sex or has sex with a smaller man?

No such thing as a stupid question. Remember that a woman’s vagina is stretched in childbirth by the child’s head with a circumference of >30 cm (12 inches), and still it returns to nearly the original dimensions, so a large penis should not be able to cause significant permanent stretching.
