I recommend that you find that family doctor and make a visit. Without knowing your age, previous medical history and not being able to perform a physical and pelvic examination, I’m afraid I can’t help you out. Continous bleeding is definitely a reason to visit the doctor, there are various possible causes. The most common cause is hormone treatment, hormonal contraceptives, and hormonal replacement therapy. In women approaching menopause (age 45-55), estrogen withdrawal bleeding may occur. Other possibilities include infection and tumors so it’s a good idea to visit the doctor. Some tests may be needed, such as pregnancy test, ultrasound, Pap smear. You should definitely have your hemoglobin checked to rule out anemia.
Good luck!
