Urination and Pain, Swollen, Bladder Irritation, Ovarian cysts

ecently the opening of where urine is eliminate is swollen and while standing protrudes outward. excessive urination and pain in the left ovary area. no major pain in opening area but irritation occured as the day unflods. what could be causeing this and what should i do? i am 37 yr and female. no problems in past except with ovarian cysts. otherwise fine.

See your doctor, a physical and gynecological examination is needed. Urinalysis and STD tests may need to be done to rule out any infections, and possibly abdominal / vaginal ultrasound may be needed.
