I recently saw what I think was blood in my urine on 2 sequential times voiding. The next day, I could not detect any discoloration. I had a UA run and no blood or UTI was detected. Since I had a physical 5 months ago and there was no blood in my urine then, and none detected on the UA, do I need to see a urologist?
Dr. Joshua’s Answer:
I’m satisfied that you had an urinalysis done and it was negative. If you are concerned, have a repeat UA done in a few weeks, and discuss the issue with your primary care physician.
