Breast, Nipple Skin Change

I am a 49 year female, within the last 3 weeks I developed what seem to look like a white head pimple on my left nipple. should I be concerned about this and what should I do to get rid of it.

Dr. Joshua’s Answer:

If it does not go away, you should see the doctor. With any nipple rash or other nipple skin changes there is always the possiblity of Paget’s disease of the breast with underlying breast cancer. Any nipple change that does not go away by itself should be reason to visit the doctor to rule out breast cancer.
