Obsessive-compulsive disorder?
When i started setting my alarm 14 times until the number would change it was because i thought that if i didn’t i wouldn”t wake up. I do it now more and for a longer tine. And if i leave the room at night i have to do it all over again. my frends say it is werid. is it?

You may be suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder. We all have it to some extent, but when it starts interfering with normal life, treatment may be indicated. I recommend you see a psychiatrist, discuss your problem, ask about obsessive compulsive disorder. Treatment with SSRIs (serotonin medication) may be beneficial for you. If you can’t get to a psychiatrist, a general practitioner can also help.
