I travel internationally often and suspect that I may have brought home more then just souvenirs on my last visit to central America. My doctor is not well thought of in the Houston area, and I am in the process of finding a new doctor. There are several ‘cures’ on line, but I don’t know how effective or if I trust any of them to work and not just waist money. Do you have suggestions or can you offer any inside knowledge of the remedies online that do work? I greatly appreciate your assistance.

You need a fecal culture lab test done, preferably including bacteria and parasites. This will determine what sort of treatment is needed.
