I have recently noticed what appear to be small pimples (that have not gotten bigger over a week) on my husbands back and on my stomach and face, It looks like some of the pimples on my husbands back have started to look a little black where the normal white tip is (not like a normal “blackhead” though) and he says they itch just a little. We are in a faithful relationship and I dont suspect this to be anything STD related, he brother had shingles several months back. I am wondering if that is it. I am not noticing any pain though. just mild itching. could this be eczema, shingles or something more serious?

It’s not shingles. Doesn’t indeed sound like any STD either. With no picture, I’m at a loss here, but I don’t think they’re anything serious. Bed bug bites? See the family doctor if the problem persists.?
