Panic Attacks and Lump in Throat

i AM 14 YEARS old i have panic atacks some times and couple of days ago i woke up with a sore throat i let it try to get better but it dident so then what happend is i had a panic atack like it was hard to breath my hands where shaking chest pains etc… so the next day i got hungry so i hate some chips this whas juring another panick atack
so when i was done maby 5 mins l8ter it felt like there was some thing stuck in my throat it goes away in the morining but then comes back in the after noon my mom says it is just snot in my throat that is building up i dont know i did have brondcitis 4 weaks ago but i thought it was gone and i had to take pufers but for some reason last night i took the pufer abd it help but tonight i took it and it dident help my heart beats fast chest pains it is really annoing plez help me

It does sound like you have had panic attacks. The lump sensation in the throat is related to it. Tell your Mom to take you to the family doctor. The doctor needs to do a physical examination to rule out any other illnesses, and we need to determine if these are just occasional panic attacks brought on by stress or something else, or whether you have panic disorder. He may refer you to a psychiatrist if necessary. There are several treatment options available, including psychotherapy and medication.?
