Fish Bone in the Throat?

Dr. Joshua’s Answer:

It is highly unlikely. Theoretically, a piece of a fish bone could become encapsulated and a granuloma (hard tissue surrounding the foreign object) could develop, in which case it could cause symptoms from time to time. However, I find this unlikely. If the symptoms persist, or become worse,? have your primary care physician take a look.
