“Abdominal pain”

am a 36 year old male in good health. I have been having abdominal pain in various places not severe comes and goes. Also sore around ribs and in to thje lower back muscles. No urine problems? or stool problems.I do drink coffee and soda also 3- 4 beers a day. Does this sound like an ulcer of somekind. Eating doesnt seem to change it and I have no nasuea.

Dr. Joshua’s answer:

Does not sound like an ulcer. Other than that, your guess is as good as mine. Your description does not immediately fit any specific disease, and there is so little information for the doctor here that I won’t even try to make a diagnosis.

However, I’ll give you a couple of useful links with reliable information, which will will help you determine whether you need to see your doctor or not:

  • Abdominal Pain at Medline Plus
  • Back Pain at Familydoctor.org
  • Thanks for your question,

    Cheers,
    Dr Joshua
